We wish to announce that the 27th AGM of TM will be held on Tuesday, 8 May 2012 at 10.00 a.m. at Kristal Hall, TM Convention Centre, Menara TM, Jalan Pantai Baharu, 50672 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to be followed by an EGM at 11.30 a.m. or immediately after the conclusion of the Company’s 27th AGM, whichever is later, or at any adjournment thereof.
Depositors whose name appear in the Record of Depositors as at 27 April 2012 are entitled to attend, speak and vote at the Company's 27th AGM and EGM. The Notices of the 27th AGM and the EGM of the Company, which will be advertised in The Star and Berita Harian newspapers on 13 April 2012, are attached herewith. This announcement is dated 12 April 2012. |
