On behalf of the Board of Directors of TM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad has today announced that the issue price of the new TM shares has been fixed at RM6.98 per share. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new TM shares arising from the DRS in respect of the Final Dividend will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 19 June 2015.
