Telekom Malaysia Berhad's (“TM”) announcement on 3rd March 2015 in respect of the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with TT dotCom Sdn Bhd (“TTdC”), for the development and construction of a new submarine cable system, called the “Sistem Kabel Rakyat 1 Malaysia (“SKR1M”)” refers.

TM wishes to announce that TM and TTdC have agreed to extend the MOU period by another two months to finalize and execute the Construction and Maintenance Agreement (“C&MA”) on or before 2nd August 2015 or such other date as may be mutually agreed in writing by the Parties. Save as disclosed above, all provisions contained in the MOU shall remain in full force and effect.
