Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) refers to its previous announcements dated 6 March 2013, 8 March 2013, 28 March 2013, 1 April 2013 and 17 May 2013 in relation to the above matter.
We wish to announce that the 1st Plaintiff, Menara Intan Langkawi Sdn Bhd (“MIL”) has today served on the solicitors for TM Facilities Sdn Bhd (“TMF”) a Summary Judgment Application to seek for the following Orders from the High Court:

1. An Order for declaration that TMF has wrongfully and unlawfully terminated the Agreement to Lease dated 14 August 2003 (“Agreement”) between MIL and TMF;
2. An Order for assessment of damages to be paid by TMF to MIL for all the damages and losses suffered by MIL as compensation for the termination of the Agreement wrongfully and unlawfully;
3. An Order for TMF to pay MIL immediately after the assessment of damages by the Court; and
4. Interest and cost.

The Summary Judgment Application is fixed for hearing on 25 November 2013. Based on legal advice, TMF will be resisting the said application.

TM will make further announcement on any material development of the legal suit.
