Description

VARIATION BY 10% OR MORE BETWEEN ACTUAL VALUE OF RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS (RRPT) AND ESTIMATED AGGREGATED VALUE

Reference is made to the announcement dated 18 April 2018 (1st Announcement) in respect of the variation between the actual value and the estimated value of transaction by more than 10% pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements and Practice Note 12 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad,

Further to the 1st Announcement, TM wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPT entered into by TM and its subsidiaries with Axiata Group Berhad (Axiata), has exceeded the estimated value of the RRPT disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 4 April 2017 (RRPT Mandate) by more than 10%.
