Further to the announcement dated 28 May 2018 in relation to the extension of the Conditional Period of the JLDA (“Extended Period”) between TM, UEMS and SQSB, TM wishes to announce that at the expiry of the Extended Period, all parties have mutually agreed for the JLDA to be rescinded as provided for in the JLDA. The rescission of the JLDA will not have any material financial impact to TM Group. This announcement is dated 24 August 2018. |
