The Board of Directors of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to announce a revised dividend policy with effect from the financial year end 31 December 2018. TM intends to distribute yearly dividends of 40% to 60% from its Profit After Tax and Non-controlling Interests (PATAMI). Dividends will be paid depending on overall business and earnings performance, capital commitments, financial conditions, distributable reserves and other relevant factors.
