Tunku Mahmood is a professional company director and has been a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of TM since 25 April 2008. He was re-designated as Independent Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of TM on 30 April 2017. He is currently the Chairman of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), as well as a member of the Board Investment Committee (BIC).
