1)Introduction

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (Main LR) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities), Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to announce that Millercom Sdn Bhd (Millercom), a wholly owned subsidiary of Webe Digital Sdn Bhd held through Mobikom Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of TM, has at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on 6 December 2018, obtained approval from the sole shareholder to commence a Member’s Voluntary Winding Up in accordance with Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2016 (the Winding-up).

Pursuant thereto, Encik Abu Bakar Rajudin of Messrs. Abu Bakar Rajudin (Insolvency Services) Sdn Bhd, located at Suite D, Resorts Business Suites, 18-2, Jalan Kampung Attap, 50460 Kuala Lumpur was appointed as the Liquidator for Millercom.

2) Information on Millercom

Millercom was incorporated in Malaysia on 22 June 2002 as a private company limited by shares. The issued and paid up share of Millercom is 250,000. Millercom was incorporated to engage in the provision of project management services. Millercom remained dormant since itceased operation in 2015.

3) Rationale for the Winding-up

The Winding-up exercise of Millercom is part of the rationalisation and streamlining exercise of TM Group.

4) Financial and Operational Impact of the Winding-up

The Winding-up of Millercom will not have any material effect on TM Group.

5) Directors' and Substantial Shareholders' Interest

None of the Directors and Substantial Shareholders of TM or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Winding-up of Millercom.
