The Board of Directors of TM wishes to announce that TM will be seeking its shareholders’ approval for the renewal of the shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A circular containing information on the above will be despatched to the shareholders of TM in due course.
