Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(1)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it has provided financial assistance in the form of RM300,000,000.00 Islamic financing facility to its subsidiary and mobile arm, Webe Digital Sdn. Bhd. (webe) (“the Financial Assistance”) during the 4th quarter ended of the financial year ended 31 December 2018.

The Financial Assistance provided was in the ordinary course of businessand tofacilitatetherunning of the operations of webe.

The Financial Assistance provided does not have any material effect on the earnings, share capital, shareholding structure or net assets of the Company.
