Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) refers to its previous announcement dated 24 May 2019 wherein it was announced that TM has received an Amended Writ dated 17 May 2019 and Amended Statement of Claim dated 17 May 2019 filed by Malaysian Football League LLP (MFL).

TM wishes to announce that it has filed the following documents today:

1. TM’s Reply to MFL’s Defence to TM’s Counterclaim dated 4 June 2019; and
2. TM’s Amended Defence and Amended Counterclaim Re-dated 4 June 2019.

TM shall make further announcement if there are any material developments in respect of this matter.
