Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) refers to its previous announcement dated 26 April 2019 wherein it was announced that TM had filed its application to strike out Malaysian Football League’s (MFL) Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 18 March 2019. TM wishes to announce that the High Court today heard and dismissed the aforementioned TM’s application with cost in cause. TM is consulting its solicitors on whether to file an appeal against the decision of the High Court. Any appeal will have to be filed within 30 days from the date of the decision of the High Court. TM shall make further announcement if there are any material developments in respect of this matter. This announcement is dated 12 July 2019. |
