The Board of Directors (Board) of the Company wishes to announce that the Board has nominatedMessrs. Ernst & Young PLT (EY) as auditors of the Company in place of the retiring auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers PLT. EYhas given its consent to act as auditors pursuant to Section 264(5)(b) of the Companies Act 2016.

The proposed appointment of EYas auditors of the Company will be tabled for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
