TM wishes to announce that the following documents of the Company are available on TM website:

i) Integrated Annual Report 2019 (IAR 2019) comprising the Corporate Overview and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2019.

In light of the restrictions under the Movement Control Order (MCO) imposed by the Government of Malaysia, shareholders are strongly encouraged to download the IAR 2019 from TM’s website for the time being.

Any request for printed copy of the IAR 2019 shall be attended to at the relevant time after the MCO has been lifted.

The notice of TM’s 35th Annual General Meeting will be issued separately and posted on TM’s website in due course.
