Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(1)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it has provided financial assistance in the form of RM100,000,000.00 from an existing Islamic financing facility of the Group and RM65,000,000.00 loan respectively to its subsidiary and mobile arm, Webe Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“webe”) (“the Financial Assistance”) during the 2nd quarter of the financial year ending 31 December 2020.

The Financial Assistance was provided in the ordinary course of business and to facilitate the running of the operations of webe.

The Financial Assistance provided does not have any material effect on the earnings, share capital, shareholding structure or net assets of the Company.
