Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) refers to its previous announcements dated 22 June 2020 and 7 September 2020 wherein it was announced that TM received Vodoke Pte Ltd’s (VPL) Statement of Claim dated 19 June 2020, and on 5 September 2020, filed its Statement of Defence and Counterclaim dated 4 September 2020 at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, respectively.

In furtherance thereto, TM wishes to announce that it has, on 2 December 2020, received an Amended Statement of Claim dated 2 December 2020 from VPL, wherein VPL has amended its reliefs as follows:

a.A declaration that TM has acted in breach of the Collaboration Agreement dated 10 July 2015;

b.Damages to be assessed;

c.Costs on an indemnity basis;

d.Interest; and

e.Such further or other reliefs as the Tribunal may deem appropriate.

TM will take the necessary steps to amend its Statement of Defence and Counterclaim.

TM shall make further announcement if there are any material developments in respect of this arbitration.
