Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) refers to its previous announcement dated 29 December 2020 wherein it was announced that TM has filed its Amended Statement of Defence and Counterclaim dated 28 December 2020 at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
TM wishes to announce that it has on 1 February 2021, received a Reply and Defence to TM’s Amended Counterclaim from Vodoke Pte Ltd.
TM shall make further announcement if there are any material developments in respect of this matter.
