The Board of Directors of TM wishes to announce that TM will be seeking its shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the proposed renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.

A circular containing details of the above will be furnished to the shareholders of TM in due course.
