We refer to our announcement dated 24 February 2021 on our Quarterly Report on Consolidated Results for the Financial Period Ended 31 December 2020 (“Q4 2020 Announcement”) particularly in relation to the repayment of IMTN under Part A: Note 5 (d)(ii).
We are pleased to announce that we have today early redeemed in full our RM2.0 billion IMTN issued under the IMTN Programme (“Early Redemption”). We had obtained the required consent for the Early Redemption from the Sukukholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 1 March 2021.
The IMTN Programme was established in 2011 and will be cancelled accordingly post the Early Redemption.
